Kawaii Sanrio Makeup and Beauty Products Found at H-Mart in California
One of my favorite places to go shopping for groceries is H-Mart. H-Mart is a Korean grocery store with several locations in California. Most of the time their produce is fully stocked and fresh (except for the yellow onions, for some reason they always look beaten up). My husband's favorite thing to get at H-Mart is the golden pompano fish. Personally, I like to go there to stock up on the snacks and extra spicy Wang mabo tofu sauce. H-Mart is mainly a grocery store, however depending on the location, they will also have small shops too. In addition, the H-Marts (at the locations that I have been to) have food courts attached to them.
I often see cute characters on snacks at H-Mart such as Hello Kitty and her friends on packages of candy or drinks. But did you know that there are other random kawaii finds at H-Mart? I've seen a Hello Kitty rice cooker and even Hello Kitty toilet paper. On my latest grocery store trip, I noticed a stand full of kawaii makeup and beauty products I'd never seen before. I'm sure it's been there for a long time, but I have yet to notice it on any of my prior trips. The stand full of goodies was located on one of the end cash registers near the H-Mart help desk. It was an odd location to have those products, are you supposed to buy all your groceries and as you head out, see the cute products, and then have to get back in line to buy the cosmetics separately?

Sanrio Creme makeup and beauty products |
There were plenty of lip balms, masks, makeup wipes, and more. I really like the pastel colors of the packaging of these products. I've never tried Creme makeup before, but I do also recall seeing them at Target (if I remember correctly). Anyway, the makeup display was definitely kawaii, but I resisted the urge to purchase anything. It's a good thing that the products were located beyond the cash register because once I'm on my way out of the supermarket, there's a very low chance that i'd want to go get back in line to buy something else UNLESS it's a crucial item for a dish.
Have you seen these Sanrio Creme makeup products before? Have you tried any of these products? What are your thoughts? I'm curious as to what others think about them.
